So sorry. I think I've only been sick once since chemo and it was mild, knock on wood. I think i'm back to normal immunity as one cold a year is typical for me.

Keep pumping the fluids, hot tea just feels good. Those cold lozenges "Cold eze" with zinc also work pretty well to shorten the cold. Oh, and a flu shot was recommended to me this year also even though my blood counts are back to normal.Candace Kuchinskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09235966201912446207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3989436924947464088.post-15579212409666819312008-12-16T11:47:00.000-05:002008-12-16T11:47:00.000-05:00I'm sorry you're feeling lousy again. He's been feeling crappy for a month now and, although it's no fun for him, it's no fun for the rest of us either!!

I heard Echinacea (sp?) is good for keeping colds etc at bay. I know a number of people swear by it - you can get it in flavoured teas or tablets etc.....

Good luck at getting healthy, lady...............VxVeronicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03012925464957408499noreply@blogger.com
