It's been 10 years!

Hi everyone! Today marks TEN WHOLE YEARS since I finished chemo journey for Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I can't believe it's been a decade and I am so happy to be part of the group of people that has earned the right to say this. I know not everyone is so lucky and I know that life is precious and fleeting. Sure, I often forget and get caught up in the nonsense of daily life but I try and take a step back and reflect and appreciate it.

Today I took a day for me. Just me. To do something I enjoyed and not worry about work or other responsibilities. It was a good reminder to do that more.

If you're just starting your journey and battling cancer, welcome. If you're a friend, stranger or some combination, welcome. I hope you find this blog as a resource and a glimpse into how I lived, dealt, and battled cancer at the age of 24.

XO
