Being 26 is Exhausting!

Hello Lambs! It's been a busy week. This whole being 26 business is exhausting! And while writing this, I'm remembering that I totally forgot to get a new license, whoops! I'll just throw that on my list of to-do's for next week.

Anywho, my birthday was on Tuesday. The lovely Nicole took me out to dinner at my favoritest restaurant - Artu. I complimented my delicious meal with a nice glass of pineapple vodka on the rocks... so friggin' good! Nicole thought there was something else mixed in it because it was so good! She also got me a gift card to Dellaria, my hair product store of choice, and where I usually get my hair cut and colored! Basically, it was the best gift ever! Hair products are my weakness -- so really, she hit it out of the park! Ha ha! Thanks again Terrance :)

That's not it on my birthday festivities! Sneaky Wullster and Veronica sent me super nice cheery flowers too! They even had them delivered to my work so I could enjoy them during the day! They also came with a funny/silly balloon of a teddy bear saying happy birthday! The balloon was slightly creepy, yet hilllarious. But the flowers, I love. They were really just what I needed to get out of my funk this week. They actually inspired me to buy a Gerber daisy plant - a nice happy orange one! Makes me think of fall, especially with this amazing weather lately! It's the best sleeping weather of the year!

I'm also visiting my parents this weekend. I'm actually leaving tonight and taking tomorrow off of work to go to the dentist and then hit up the Big E with them - a lil family day of fun! I also have plans with Mandy and Jeff next Wednesday to do some sweet kareoke. It's been a while since we did it - it just sucks that every place that does kareoke does it on an ass random day! But still, I'm pumped! Bring on the terribleness.
