I've been having random spurts of anxiety attacks lately and it hasn't been fun. It's only been for like a week, so I hope this too does pass. Tonight at 10:30, I decided that I needed to hit the gym and relive some stress and hopefully induce those endorphins so that I can sleep better. We will see. Right now I'm completely drenched in sweat, which is always a good thing, unless it's just from walking down the street, Ry Ry style :) I'm off to shower!
Anywho, just thought I would share in hopes that typing this means that it'll actually work.
