Look Good...Feel Better Volunteering

Today was the first Look Good...Feel Better session that I was an active volunteer for and I loved it! It was so fun to help the five women look and feel their best, and share some insight from the things I learned. I was just as excited for them when they were going through their bags as I would be if it were my own goody bag!

I'm looking forward to next month's event!

Stay tuned!

XO

Really glad you're enjoying your volunteering so much - I bet you really make a difference to these ladies. You're so upbeat and cheery despite all you've been through - go Kelly!! :0)........Vx

It sounds like you had a lot of fun! You're actually inspiring me to not only stop by an event, but maybe to even volunteer myself!

Good job Kelly! What a perfect way for you to spend your time in between jobs - staying connected to the cancer community. It is obviously a passion of yours to share your experience and to support those now going through their own life changing cancer journey. I bet you made a difference to the women too.

I've always wanted to attend a Look Good, Feel Better session but have never worked up the nerve. Reading your post about it makes me excited to go again! I think I'll just bite the bullet and get out there! Thank you!

I went to Look Good Feel Better during treatment. I just loved someone touching my skin in a non-medical way. It felt like a free massage, plus I scored some really nice Philosophy make-up brushes.

Have fun volunteering!
